Too many to list!
I could have sworn I posted this last night...... :o

Our third challenge will consist of two parts, and take two weeks to complete. The first part is to shoot the image for the cover, and post it along with the title of the Magazine you shot it for. You can even make a magazine i.e. a photo of a tombstone and the magzine Headstone News...)

The second part will be for those who are comfortable in adding text etc and for those who want to learn - Layout a cover using your shot from week one. This sounded fun to me, and it may be stretch for some of us who still have layer issues, but we'll all grow together, and I bet we can turn to Gruden and Nick for tutoring when we need it!

Be Creative!!! Edit to your hearts content.....
remember - a magazine cover shot is most always vertical!
I'll post some links in the next post.
Go turn your favorite thing/person into a cover!!!

Nettie - just shoot the picture this week....we'll work on adding text next week!

Also folks, if you have software that has templates for a cover, feel free to use them too!

i htought this was an awesome idea! I really had plans of trying this and have been so busy with getting ready for camping this weekend and getting kids ready to start school next week. Maybe we should still extend this assignment a little longer because I know I will have more free time starting next week, and maybe the same goes for others! What do ya think??
