Too many to list!
Here's a system that I am going to use....I thought I should post it so everyone can see how I arrive at things. I'm trying to get organized and better at this! Results from Challenge 2 will be up shortly!

A- Composition / Arrangement - Are the objects in the
photo arranged in a meaningful, pleasing manner or
are they "haphazard"? Did the photographer use the
best angle or otherwise interesting perspective?

B- Focus / Sharpness - Is the object of the photo in focus?
If not in sharp focus, does it appear to be an intentional
effect to enhance the image in some "artistic" way?

C- Lighting - Did the photographer use proper lighting of
the subject matter? Do any extremes of darkness or brightness
lend to or detract from the image content?

D- Creativity / Imagination / Impact - Does the
photographer show some creative thought or original
idea in the making of this image?
Does it tell a story or create emotion?

E- Color / Gray scale - Do the photos have good use of
color or gray scale. Are the colors and shades natural
looking.

F- The Challenget Theme - Does the photo match the theme?
If the theme is sunsets and a photo has a shot of a
car filling most of the shot with a sunset in the
background, that is a shot of a car not a sunset.
Your score should be adjusted accordingly.

Overall Appeal - Still having trouble deciding if
a photo should get a seven or eight.
How does it appeal to you?

This is "borrowed " from another site I belong to, and It's a helpful guide for me! this means a photo can have a total of 100 points.....10 for each except overall appeal counts for 25 as does challenge theme.

I hope this isn't too confusing....and check my math when you get the scores!!!
